Wendy Mckinney’s Island House Gallery is a unique destination offering the creations of more than 90 “island” artists. The gallery, which is more than four years old, enjoys a loyal client base which includes locals and visitors. Clients come to the Island House Gallery from all over the world.

As you enter The Island House Gallery, you will first notice Wendy McKinney’s original island style furniture. Then you will notice the abundance of tropically themed mediums including pottery, jewelry, photography, paintings, sculpture, glassware and more. The gallery features the talents of 90 artists. It is a feast for the eyes.

For the past four years, Island House Gallery has enjoyed much success. Island House Gallery offers a small-town feel. Many of the clients have become friends and new and one-time customers always comment on the store’s relaxing, friendly atmosphere.

Wendy is known for her colorful, tropical pieces. From kitchen tables, sofa tables, mirrors, hutches, cabinets and one-of-a-kind boxes, McKinney’s designs have a distinctive look and feel. The majority of her clients have second homes in coastal locations around the world. Wendy and her husband Greg specialize in creating custom pieces for clients.
Creating fun, functional art for homes has been Wendy’s passion for the past eleven years. Her pieces have personality and are built to last many lifetimes. She personally design each piece and paints every one from start to finish. Color is Wendy’s way of life and a frame of mind for her. Greg builds each piece to ensure the quality we are known for.
